Rev. Andrew Shoemaker
Lead Pastor
Andrew Shoemaker has been the Lead Pastor at Celebrate! Family Church since the fall of 2023. He had been serving at Celebrate! Family Church as the Assistant Pastor since the fall of 2021 and before that as a member of the Celebrate! staff. He has his Certificate in Ministry and associate degree in Applied Biblical Science from Elim Bible Institute and College and is an Ordained Minister through Elim Fellowship.
Pastor Andrew loves serving not only everyone who walks through the doors of Celebrate! but has a heart and passion for serving the local community as well as the international mission field. If Pastor Andrew is not preparing sermons, serving the church, or spending time with his family, you can most likely catch him outside on a nature walk or watching the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Andrew and his wife Hannah desire nothing more than to walk in the things of God as well as to equip and train every generation to walk with the Lord in a practical and Holy Spirit filled way. They have three children, Deborah, Theodore, and Priscilla.
Amelia Neff
Worship Director
Amelia graduated from Elim Bible Institute and College with an Associates Degree in Biblical and theological studies in 2019 and did a 6 month internship at a house of prayer. In 2020 she worked as the office administrator and prayer room director at New Hope for three years before volunteering as a worship leader at Elim Life Church and at conferences through Elim Fellowship.
The Lord has used her schooling, work experiences, and opportunities to serve at her local church and conferences to grow her experience in Worship Leading and directing over the last 15 years.
Amelia has now joined Celebrate Family Church staff as the Worship Director and she is excited to work with their worship team, grow with them in excellence and practically, to cultivate authentic worship that supports the mission of the church and helps people encounter Jesus through corporate worship.
Jessica Brich
Children's Ministry Director
Jessica has a heart to serve the younger generation, help them seek the Lord, and see them grow in Him. She also has a desire to bring people to Christ to know His unfailing love for them regardless of any situation they are currently in, their past or present, just like her family at Celebrate Family Church did for her. She is ready for any adventure the Lord takes her on!
With her free time she loves being with her husband, son, and friends, taking photos, listening to music, and diving into the Word!
Michael Lepkowski
Administration & Media
Michael graduated from Liberty University with a BSBA in Business Administration and a focus in Digital Marketing & Advertising. He gained valuable experience working for a digital marketing firm in Rochester and also interning with the Ugandan Water Project. Now, he has a desire to use this knowledge combined with the latest technology and media as a way to spread the message of God’s unending love with people across the world. When he’s not designing graphics, social media posts, or YouTube videos, he enjoys listening to music, reading books, and gaming with friends.
