Rev. Andrew Shoemaker

Lead Pastor

Andrew Shoemaker has been the Lead Pastor at Celebrate! Family Church since the fall of 2023. He had been serving at Celebrate! Family Church as the Assistant Pastor since the fall of 2021 and before that as a member of the Celebrate! staff. He has his Certificate in Ministry and associate degree in Applied Biblical Science from Elim Bible Institute and College and is an Ordained Minister through Elim Fellowship.

Pastor Andrew loves serving not only everyone who walks through the doors of Celebrate! but has a heart and passion for serving the local community as well as the international mission field. If Pastor Andrew is not preparing sermons, serving the church, or spending time with his family, you can most likely catch him outside on a nature walk or watching the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Andrew and his wife Hannah desire nothing more than to walk in the things of God as well as to equip and train every generation to walk with the Lord in a practical and Holy Spirit filled way. They have three children, Deborah, Theodore, and Priscilla.

Amelia Neff

Worship Director

Amelia graduated from Elim Bible Institute and College with an Associates Degree in Biblical and theological studies in 2019 and did a 6 month internship at a house of prayer. In 2020 she worked as the office administrator and prayer room director at New Hope for three years before volunteering as a worship leader at Elim Life Church and at conferences through Elim Fellowship.

The Lord has used her schooling, work experiences, and opportunities to serve at her local church and conferences to grow her experience in Worship Leading and directing over the last 15 years.

Amelia has now joined Celebrate Family Church staff as the Worship Director and she is excited to work with their worship team, grow with them in excellence and practically, to cultivate authentic worship that supports the mission of the church and helps people encounter Jesus through corporate worship.

Jessica Brich

Children's Ministry Director

Jessica has a heart to serve the younger generation, help them seek the Lord, and see them grow in Him. She also has a desire to bring people to Christ to know His unfailing love for them regardless of any situation they are currently in, their past or present, just like her family at Celebrate Family Church did for her. She is ready for any adventure the Lord takes her on!

With her free time she loves being with her husband, son, and friends, taking photos, listening to music, and diving into the Word!

Michael Lepkowski

Administration & Media

Michael graduated from Liberty University with a BSBA in Business Administration and a focus in Digital Marketing & Advertising. He gained valuable experience working for a digital marketing firm in Rochester and also interning with the Ugandan Water Project. Now, he has a desire to use this knowledge combined with the latest technology and media as a way to spread the message of God’s unending love with people across the world. When he’s not designing graphics, social media posts, or YouTube videos, he enjoys listening to music, reading books, and gaming with friends.

Bill Pollock

Elder & Treasurer

Bill and Carolyn have been attending Celebrate for over 25 years.  They joined the church when it was still located in downtown Mount Morris.  Both of them are children of missionaries.  Carolyn’s father was a doctor who headed a hospital in Egypt and Bill’s father was a missionary builder in Sudan and Ethiopia.  They met while attending a mission boarding school in Egypt.  They have three daughters and four grandchildren.  They very much appreciate the fellowship and vibrant ministry of Celebrate Family Church.  Part of the original attraction was the emphasis that Celebrate has on missions.  They have led many short-term missions teams to Africa for projects in Mozambique and Kenya.   Both of them have been active in a variety of ministries at the church over the years including leading small groups, teaching children and adult classes, and various aspects of construction and maintenance.  They feel blessed to be a part of such a welcoming and loving church family.

Heath Clester

Elder

Heath and Nicole began attending Celebrate! Family Church in 2006 when they moved to the area, and became active church members shortly after.  They are raising four amazing children and are excited to see how God uses them for His kingdom.

Heath serves as a teacher on the Children’s Ministry team at Celebrate and enjoyed volunteering as a Den Leader while their boys were in Cub Scouts.  He became an elder in the church in March, 2024. Nicole is a pre-school teacher at Mt. Morris CSD and loves sharing her day and influencing the lives of such young students.  She enjoys gardening and baking. Heath enjoys the outdoors and building projects at their home and property.  They also enjoy making family memories on vacations at the beach. Heath and Nicole were both raised in Christian homes with loving and supporting parents and feel blessed to provide the same for their family.

Josh Kelley

Elder & Youth Director

Josh has been involved in youth ministry for over 25 years, serving either on staff or volunteering. He studied pastoral ministry at Warner Southern College in FL, has taken classes at Elim, and graduated from Nation to Nation. He currently works with Hillside teaching behavioral skills to youth, and also volunteers his time as the Cub Master for his local Cub Scout group.

Josh has always had a passion for youth and seeing young people grown in their walk with Christ. Josh and his wife Kelly have been married for 24 years and have six amazing children. Josh has been attending Celebrate for 19 years, and Kelly has been attending since she was a teenager (30 years).

They have enjoyed raising their children at Celebrate Family Church and being able to serve the body of Christ together as a family.

Pam Hull

Secretary to the Elders

Pam and Dan Hull live and farm in Leicester with their four kids: Forest, Walter, Jane, and Oliver. They started attending Celebrate in 2009 and Pam has been the corporate secretary since 2014. She also serves as an usher and helps out with grounds-keeping.

What makes Celebrate Family Church special to Pam is the presence of the Holy Spirit. She appreciates the atmosphere purposely created to allow the Spirit to move. One of the first things that drew her to the church was the time taken during the service to lay hands on and pray for each other. Pam also enjoys the worship, and as a parent, she is so grateful for the wonderful kid’s ministry.

Pam became a Christian when she was 6 and have attended various churches throughout her life. She grew up in a strong Christian home and attended (and worked at) a Christian camp in the Adirondacks which greatly impacted her faith. Pam had some wonderful mentors and friends that drew her closer to the Lord. Two verses that mean a lot to her are Psalm 73:26 and Luke 12:48.  In her spare time, she enjoys being outside- hiking, biking, gardening and playing with her family. She also enjoys reading and baking any chance she gets.

Dr. Eric Scott

Apostolic Elder

Eric Scott began pastoring Celebrate! Family Church in 1992 up until his retirement in December of 2023. He is a graduate of Elim Bible Institute, and holds a Master’s degree from Northwest Graduate School, and a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Destiny College. Eric’s church values him as a man of vision and integrity.

Eric is currently retired from the Senior Pastor role at Celebrate! Family Church and is enjoying his life in the mountains of North Carolina alongside his wife, Deby. Even with this new phase of life, they are still serving Celebrate! through mission trips, counsel, and teaching.

Jan Green

Guest Experience Leader & Event Coordinator

Jan Green grew up in Leicester where her father, who was involved in many organizations, passed along his love for community service. She continues to live in Leicester with her husband, Howie, and her children and grandchildren close by. She had served on the village board and coordinated the village holiday parties and summer concert series for years and continues on the York-Leicester Field Day Association.

She came to Celebrate in 2020, finding a home where she can express her faith in a meaningful way. She plans to retire this year after 45 years of nursing, the last 12 of them teaching in a BOCES LPN program. She is looking forward to having more time to spend at Celebrate and helping where she can, bringing the love of Jesus and sharing His Word with the community.

Kim Leach

Missions Director

Kim grew up in Rochester NY and moved to the area to attend SUNY Geneseo for Speech Pathology.  She has been married to her high school sweetheart, John, for close to 43 years and has 2 adult children, who live in NC and Texas! Looking to fill a God-shaped hole in her heart, she and her family began attending Celebrate! in 1993, where she fell in love with the church’s worship music, friendliness and heart of service! Since then she has served in many areas at Celebrate!, including missions, children’s ministry, nursery, home groups, announcements and community outreach. As an outreach director, she has led missions teams, coordinated Thanksgiving to Go, Christmas Stamp Camp and Missions events and worked hard to keep our missionaries in the spotlight!  Kim retired from education after 40 years in the field and is enjoying her “free” time immensely: reading, traveling, spending time with family and creating projects at her craft table!  Some important highlights of Kim’s life include ministry in the mountains of Mexico, standing at the equator, riding a camel to the Pyramids in Egypt and having two grandchildren to spoil! God is so good!
